1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LUMYNEX security software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Software.

2. License Grant

LUMYNEX Technologies Inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Software on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial use. One subscription allows installation on up to 5 devices owned by you or your immediate family members.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our Software is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • We charge customers directly - no third-party billing
  • Refunds available within 30 days of purchase

4. Permitted Use

You may use our Software to:

  • Protect your personal devices from malware and viruses
  • Monitor and manage your family's online safety
  • Backup your personal files and documents
  • Protect your online privacy and personal data

5. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Use the Software for commercial purposes
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
  • Share your subscription with non-family members
  • Use the Software to violate any laws or regulations

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Our Software collects minimal data necessary for operation. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Updates and Modifications

We regularly update our Software to improve security and features. Updates are included in your subscription at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

LUMYNEX Technologies Inc provides the Software "as is" without warranties. While we strive to provide effective protection, no security software can guarantee 100% protection. We are not liable for damages resulting from malware infections or data loss.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software from all devices.
